I am going to sit down with a potential investor (relative) about lending me some money to assist with a down payment on a great property I have in the pipeline.Looking for tips to help the conversation go smooth ?

Next it is just sitting down and following that plan to the best of your ability until you have reached your goal.

I recall at 23-24, getting off the train after my 1 hour and 40 minute commute had ended and watching middle aged adults sprinting to their cars to get home and beat the 2 minutes of traffic in the parking lot after commuting nearly 2 hours.

However I’ve recently been hearing that the marketing is showing signs of overheating, so might be worthwhile to sit it out for a little bit until the market comes down to look for some “deals”Good luck and happy hunting.

If you have $200k sitting in your checking account and wanted to invest them in Florida, what would you look for in a market like the one we have now. - Would you buy 4 condos where you give $50k in each and finance the rest? 

Most anyone can, but it all you want to do is sit back and collect rent checks, hiring a PM might be a better plan.

This makes them sturdy investments because the resale value most if these property's sit in a prime location. 

I didn’t think anyone would be able to tell me what to put into it for renovations since there isn’t pictures yet I was just curious as to if there was a average number people try to sit by.

We feel that roommate 2 is looking for reinforcement to continue to discuss this mornings disagreement from the other roommate and we have no patience to sit around and talk about our 'feelings' about the matter.
