If I do, then they are on the hook for the deal.I have never seen where the seller like homepath or an REO can accept an offer but still be able to back out while they're playing games with the contract.Seems to me to promote some real nonsense with the listing agents who can then see what bid was accepted and bring in competition.

Hey everyone I got a promotional email from this company regarding commercial funding.

They promote that you can get a credit line up to $2MM at 0% for a year, but even with great credit I was only pre-approved for $50M.Now they want $3,495 for getting the credit (comprised of various credit cards that you have to pay an additional fee to get a cash advance from) and an additional $3,000 for a year of consulting where they will get you another year of additional 0% funding.

I just got a letter from Peter Conti so looks like he's trying to run the lot finder scam promotion by mail now.

You may have the cost for business cards, promotional brochures, direct mailing costs, office supplies, etc that can be deducted as business expenses on Schedule C.  

The government is promoting growth at existing resorts.

If you read the rules you will see that it is clearly stated that you cannot post any solicitations or promote any product until you have 10 posts.
