Why not quietly read about numerous investors who wholesaled for a while to build up a stake and then jumped into the fix and flipping or BRRRR game?

There are numerous dark protrusions coming out of the brick exterior.

•Do they have a formal trainning program and mentorship•Do they use a quality CRM•Do they have an experienced marketing team•What is the average annual gross commission for an agent in their office•Is there a specialist in the category of CRE I am interested in (Office, Retail, Industrial, Medical, etc) that can help me grow

My concern, though, is it seems like Wholesalers get a bad rap, and I do NOT want to be lumped in the "shady Wholesaler" category.

There are numerous good markets in Florida due to overall population growth of the state.

Hello,I've read the numerous posts on reasons to use a single LLC as well as multiple LLC's.

I'm sure there are some exceptions but my experience is that you have to be a little lenient or at the very least realistic that most buyers aren't going to be perfect in all 3 categories. 

I have rented to doctors and lawyers numerous times..........my experience has been good.
