My total income would not represent what I would make in a normal year with this current job (since i started in june and only have 6 months of income to report).

You'll want to find out if a sale triggers a reassessment (it does in some areas and not in others), when the next normally scheduled reassessment is, and how your tax bill will be calculated upon the reassessment.

If you were in my shoes, how would you find buyers looking to purchase great deals out of their normally operating farm area?

Normally since l goofed ld probably explain to that person and just let the person know before they do application.

I’m normally a good saver and organizer so if it’s not entirely necessary to separate, that’s interesting.

Is that normal, or am I just not talking to the right portfolio lenders? 

Things are starting to get back to normal slowly but surely and business is starting to pick up again!
