I will be buying a plane ticket on my 18th birthday to come to the US, and get a degree with the hopes of medical school, and an eventual career in anesthesiology.Ideally I want to take on a few mortgages, and pay them off with rental income from those properties.

It is where I want to live, and I know I can find a deal if I look hard enough and I am willing to sacrifice.I'm planning on going back to school for my graduate degree soon, and I believe I have turned a corner recently in what I want and realizing what I need to do to get there.
