I will be buying a plane ticket on my 18th birthday to come to the US, and get a degree with the hopes of medical school, and an eventual career in anesthesiology.Ideally I want to take on a few mortgages, and pay them off with rental income from those properties.

I then put on the heat at 72 degrees and leave for about 3 days, once back it is ready to go!

It is where I want to live, and I know I can find a deal if I look hard enough and I am willing to sacrifice.I'm planning on going back to school for my graduate degree soon, and I believe I have turned a corner recently in what I want and realizing what I need to do to get there.  

I have a college degree and I got my broker license back in 1980.  

I know there is a degree of personal "feel" to this, but I'm looking for a way to even put a number to it.

I am a native of Philadelphia and a graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Accounting.

Most of them are 90 degree shutoff valves.  

I'm an immigrant from a small island who had done a 2 yr degree in business and was wondering if that would be sufficient enough to get me approved for a licence providing that i have already met the other requirements for applying for a real estate licence in Florida. have anyone else ever gone through that process and if so let me know how you dealt with it. thank you in advance. 

You have to go to school to get a professional degree -right?

Rents will also likely be negatively affected, but to what degree is debatable.
