Investor interested in growing

Hi my name is Tomell Johnson and I am interested in becoming an investor in my local area of Navarre, Florida. I currently rent out my former primary residence and manage it myself. I'm interested in acquiring more properties. I'm primarily interested in buy and hold due to the strong rental market in my area (large military population), but am open to potential "flips" if that's a better proposition for a particular property.
