You no longer have to worry about fixing things or such as well because you are the acting bank for them because they have bought the right to buy the house.Fig, that sounds nice, but unfortunately it is ILLEGAL in most places.

Hi Uriostee,You can use Craigs List, a nice yard sign with a flyer tube with pictures of how nice the house and yard are, local newspaper, some For Sale By Owner websites let you post but...the best recommendation I have is to hire a good, hardworking real estate agent instead.

In a nutshell the premise of the whole book is that TIME is the real treasure, that work is a means to an end, and that your career "what you do" isn't as important as "who you are".He correctly points out that most people don't actually want to be millionaires, but rather they want what they think only a million dollars can provide.Way too many "gurus" make a pretty nice living convincing people they've got to make millions and while people have $ signs in their eyes and are looking at the yachts, and sports cars, and big houses in their inspired dreams, they miss the fact that the gurus are taking them for the few thousand bucks they've got.

Nothing wrong with that, just don't think you're gonna get a note at 6.5% for 30 years.On the plus side, you can get some nice corporate LOCs from many businesses that will help later on when you really need the credit for larger projects.
