Is this the type of tenant you’d expect in the area your property is located?

I'm currently an apartment locator and my goal is to be a commercial real estate agent, but I don't know how to get there.

It's a meetup at a physical location in Hawaii, however,  I can make it available via ZOOM if there is enough interest. 

Some key criteria include:Location: The property must be located in a rural area as defined by the USDA.

They have two locations so I paid for all the orders up to $100 at one location and $100 at the other.

One business I have a partner with and she just located to New York.  

A sellers motivation to provide either 100% seller financing or subordinate his equity in a second lien note are (1) obtaining a significantly higher sales price, (2) selling a unsaleable property usually because of its condition, location, or because the property can not be financed, or (3) creating a loan with a much higher than market interest rate. 

@Brenden Corder I'm form NC, Lake Lure is beautiful, but Maggie Valley will be more centrally located to more tourist attractions, and Maggie Valley is nice too.
