Oh, primary house is in a flood zone and we had a major incident during IDA but our house was raised so meant to deal with floods so no damage but more a pain in the *** so concerned about dealing with that with renters or if more climate issues happen, could impact future value of the home.Would love any thoughts or ideas!

I have an idea to capitalize on the turmoil that is approaching the current real estate market and then where to channel that capital.

So continue working with them till end of year would also be a good idea.

I'm not stating an opinion so much as just throwing out alternative ideas which seem to be ignored in most conversations nowadays......

Other than lending limitations, I can't think of any cons - always better to have clean, segregated bookkeeping and general separation between what is "business" vs. what is personal.
