Hello, I was working with my Realtor and he found a place for me, I signed the lease put a 1st month deposit to hold the property and waited for the HOA approval.

Take the loss and market my place now for September occupancy since the current lease ends last day of August and my lease states I can market 45 days prior to lease end.
