The layout of the yard is really just a side yard with a long strip about 5 feet wide that is all concreate so no where for the waste to absorb.

I have workers that work construction jobs in columbus for us that relocated that are paying 2k a month right now living in hotels so I doubt the price is the issue it's either a marketing issue or pics or something else. could be layout. have you been to the property before?
