Plenty of stuff near downtown, but we both work north-west of downtown near Blue Ash and Loveland/Goshen area if you're familiar). 

@Carl Brown  I had a full blown telemarking team when I was in the timber business in the 90s in the northwest.. we kicked those local MIlls butts... they would just have the same old add in the local paper with their one log buyer... :)... that was my job..

@Cody L.  100 years plus for most of the upper inland empire land plays.. and yes most likely someone bought it at tax sale. there are companies that churn this stuff for a living most based in LA.
