You could've hired a cleaning company to do all that.

My question is, can I hire my own LLC for $100 to renovate the property I purchased last year in my own personal name?

if this is the case and if you are  able to  handle all the behind the scenes  needs/ requirements   ( or can hire someone that can ) - go for the  change .   

Currently, it is only possible to complete restart and enter the property information again.- Rent estimator: ability to remove properties from consideration or refine radius of calculations.

I attribute this to bad information on the internet and “Gurus” who sell the novice investor on the notion anyone can scale to a  large portfolio quickly.

As you scale, if bookkeeping isn't fun for you,consider hiring a bookkeeper for a couple hundred bucks per month.
