I am working with someone who needs a contractor for a bathroom remodel in Surprise AZ does anyone have a recommendation for a good, inexpensive contractor?

The kitchen and 2 bathrooms have linoleum, I am assuming you would upgrade those too in the cost I gave for estimated repairs.

January I will start tearing out old fixtures in the bathroom, refinishing the tub and laying backerboard and ceramic tile.

I'm wondering if I should spend about $2-2.5k to renovate both of the bathrooms is a smart move.

I noticed water damage on the ceiling and wall of the main bathroom.

All the properties have new tile, bathrooms, kitchens, SS appliances, granite, redone floors, new paint inside and out, windows, new water heaters and HVAC systems in each unit.  

I was looking more closely at the pictures on zillow (which I should've done before) and I noticed that the only full bathroom in the house seems to be off of the kitchen!

I typically wouldn't put granite in a house like this but I had to replace the counters anyway so I went for it.   2 small bathrooms that had one sink each.  

Mostly cosmetics like paint, flooring, some bathroom work and then some exterior work like soffit and fascia. 

The term has gotten longer, which we're ok with, but now they have some "needed maintenance". 1) I have yet to see it, but they told me that there is black mold on and around the bathroom sink.
