@Ubaldo M Gomez, I appreciate the tip, but we are looking to borrow against the condo and we aren't really interested in selling at this time.

Somebody can tell if I wanna to join this world of real estate do I need a capital ? Cause I'm not working I don't have a job and I try to get a mentor who can help me and be my close friend even if I am to young but ...

@Evelina NeufeldOne tip I would ask that few often  ask is " How do you come up with that price".

There is plenty here to find out what has changed since Brandon wrote his book and, I'm sure he'll admit he's not a finance type, especially with tenant buyers.He's going down predatory lane using L/Os as a weeding out, in OK, they do have orange jumps suits at that big hotel along the Will Rogers Turnpike, you know, the one with the big fence around it and signs saying do not pick up hitchhikers! 

I'm on track with those tips so far regarding criteria and financing.
