@Roger PooleIt may be best to do it through an IRA LLC if investing over seas since not all IRA custodians will wire funds to foreign bank accounts.

We would register here as a foreign entity, but then I also read about CA calling them "pseudo" foreign corps and that even if we were out of Nevada on paper, it would most likely be treated as a CA Corp anyway.

Hi Andrew,The loan programs that are there for foreigners are usually at a lower LTV so that affects your cash on cash return.Turning around a project locally where you can be there everyday is tough.
