@Kelly Beasley You may have better luck talking to a few mobile home dealerships in the area since they're in the business everyday.

It helps lower your potential liability since they are there every day and you likely are not.

Even if you don't use the information everyday, you'll be prepared for out of the ordinary transactions.

Well...I guess that should be the goal.Again, you are making plenty of money, put it towards real estate and NOT: $4 coffees every day, eating out 3 times a day or not even once a day, gym memberships, bigger more expensive house for yourself that you don't need, more expensive car, etc.

Then it also will give you several ways to see your numbers either combined or individual properties as far as returns etc. also they are adding new stuff every day.

I always write my goals down and tape them next to my whiteboard that I look at everyday.

I work on houses here in the troubled parts every day of the week and can shoot you the areas you want to look at and ones you don't.
