This is all to be expected and "this too shall pass."

She has since passed away, but her final months were better than they otherwise would have been, and her son's financial health certainly a crap ton better than it would have been (I caught him right before he was going to start missing payments, disqualifying him from any mortgage because his FICO was already shaky as it was).

Also with housing and rent how it is if those ultra low rent and property states (compared to CO) pass the laws some people might migrate out of necessity due to the high prices locally.

I've seen some foreclosures listed on real estate sites (zillo, trulia, etc.) but those are passed the auction phase at that point right?
