What I do find a bit alarming is that BP members promoting discrimination against military members don't qualify it- for example, "military members are not yet a protected class in my state (Virginia), but you should check your state and municipality laws to be sure they are not a protected class in your state".

The municipalities have to be willing to buck the hotel lobbyists though and it remains to be seen which will and will not promote options so that guests can choose a hotel or AirBnB based on their preferences.
