As soon as you become an agent, 3rd party venders will be contacting you relentlessly for marketing promotions of which 99% do not work out.

Realtyshares has excellent investment volume, and a diverse mix of investment classes (equity, debt, commercial, residential), so theoretically they should be one of the most popular sites with investors. 

We are also going to use social media marketing since social media is a growing platform for self promotion and using Facebook and instagram ADS will enhance our business by reaching out to people with videos and clips.

What I do find a bit alarming is that BP members promoting discrimination against military members don't qualify it- for example, "military members are not yet a protected class in my state (Virginia), but you should check your state and municipality laws to be sure they are not a protected class in your state".  

The municipalities have to be willing to buck the hotel lobbyists though and it remains to be seen which will and will not promote options so that guests can choose a hotel or AirBnB based on their preferences. 

As far as Roofstock goes, they basically promote "turnkeys".
