If it's a residential property, normally the loan will be more expensive to close directly under a LLC vs. your personal name hence the cost of debt tends to be higher.

A loud fan in a small unit can be annoying to the renter, and the last thing you want is for that loud fan to be heard in another unit buzzing away as the renter cooks lasagna in the oven, or something like that.Good Luck!

The buyer can't successfully refi then and is stuck with a potential liability they've overpaid for.Moreover, the other risk is that if the seller still has a mortgage and the buyer is making payments directly to the seller, the seller could collect the buyer's payments and stop making payments to their lender (pocketing money) until their lender forecloses.

What you are describing is called adverse selection - you have a known issue and want to buy an insurance policy to fix your problem because that is less than what it would cost to have the work done and you pay directly to the trades.
