My insurance company (Allstate) sent out an adjuster who denied the claim -- he said there wasn't any damage.I decided not to put up a fight, and assumed that the damage wasn't that bad given that the adjuster said there wasn't any (and yes, I know the insurance company is going to be biased and wants to deny my claim, but I didn't feel like fighting it).Fast forward 18 months and I've been told by several other contractors and an inspector that my roof has hail damage.

They force us to take pets then deny us the right to collect for damage they cause.To get rid of pets after the fact landlords must be very resourceful as there is nothing "legal" we can do.

The company reepresentstive is who signs and is responsible for the lease, and I approve/deny individuals staying within the home as occupants.

My PM requested to be "additionally insured" on my insurance policy and they were denied by the insurance company, as showing no real financial interest in the property.

The $45 fee is fixed for the full bundle reporting but there are other options as well; it is also worth noting that the applicant can share the application with other landlords on the platform for 30 days (since their credit score is subject to change within that time period), but this makes it so that if you were to deny their application, they'd be able to share that app with another landlord (thus, avoiding the need to pay for additional application costs).
