Incidentally, I've been involved in a consumer litigation before.

The way I figure it, everyone has to make something, it has to be a win/win for all parties involved, including the home owner.

He has been involved in this business for about 5 years (since he was layed off from a major company that he worked for for over 30 years).

The letter states it was a "scheme", and that he was involved in "unlicensed activity".

It definitely works, but as you can imagine there is lots of coordination involved and the seller has to be motivated (not too hard to find in this market).

That said I have 2 questions about a potential deal that I can do that would involve owner financing. 1.

Plus since the property manager's job is not as involved they charge a smaller fee.We work with the tenant on their credit throughout their lease so as soon as they qualify for a mortgage we get them approved to purchase.I think you will find that most lease options or even regular tenants will eventually purchase the property if you assist them with their credit.
