Lots of other options on the North Shore, around Boston (actually if you guys are in the part of town near 93 the Boston AREIA is an easy shot down to Medford right off the highway, draws well from that area and southern NH for that reason), and south of the city.

Buy it by the gallon, rent it by the Shot.... etc. 

Building is 60 years old but in decent shape, roof to be replaced in 5 or so years.Each unit is two bedroom at $550 rent/mo - fully rented, separately metered.
