This is same philosophy as I have on parrallel investment/income streams debated a week or so ago.

I have no issue with vigorous debate, but don't appreciate personal attacks, something I don't believe has happened here.

I'm also debating partnering on a larger apartment complex with the same money so I cant decide whether to tie it up on single family homes or not!!

I don't see Hamilton or KWC being effected by anything short an economic disaster and a complete reccesion.P.S Roy if you're ever in my end of Ontario I would love to grab a lunch or coffee and debate some real estate,I always like seeing things in different light.

I have seriously debated taking the hit with penalties and tax to get out of all my retirement accounts, but when adding it to W2 income the hit is huge.

Here a few ways to find buyers in your market:Find a local REIA group; there will be plenty of buyers therePost ad in Craigslist; can be simple and generic as you having deals available for investorsBandit signs (although heavily debated)Search county records for 'LLC' owners near the properties you have under contractSearch zillow, craigslist, etc for houses being sold by an 'LLC'Call around to landlords and property management companiesIf your deal is honestly a deal, no inflated numbers, finding a buyer will not be hard.

There's a limitless amount of debate/info you could get back on this.
