Not an expert but generally your dog has been vaccinated against certain diseases.Bats create Guano and rats or mice carry plenty of diseases so in my mind that would be the difference.These types of animals carry all kinds of illnesses that is dangerous to the public.

I think that makes the market dangerous to get into right now unless you find a steal of a deal.

The way I view Michigan in a macro sense is (a Rabbit jumping over a Mitten made up of):D-Town proper-- Dangerous are with fixup areas inside the border.

Many H/O insurance doesn't cover aggressive breeds but there are specific policies that do (http://einhorninsurance.com/dangerous-dog-liabilit...) 

Also, this can be the danger with areas that are heavily concentrated STR pockets and have a lot of newbies that enter the market only to get fizzled/beat out by experienced competitors. 

I don't know if it would put her safety into danger but he seems to be more of a troll and won't speak on the phone.
