The company i worked for specialised in eradicating Japanese knotweed from UK development sites.

There was a BP podcast where they spoke about going into a market buying crap and they renovated the property so it was the best rental in the market...it turns out you’ll find the higher paying tenant willing to pay above market rates.

This guy came from a recommendation from a friend with rentals (his had issues a year after it- b/c again he put in crap)... and the guy was a top person on Angie's List.. and pushed his church affiliation--- ALL BS.   

It isn't just a bunch of gurus selling crap.

They want credit checks and all that crap.

The rest, if there is any, more up sells with a bunch more vague crap that isn't going to help you one bit unless you plop down another large amount on your credit card for the V.I.P blah blah blahExit, testimonials swearing a single mother of 20 kids with a 2nd grade education and no teeth makes a million bucks a month following the exact system.

You do get to learn a lot of irrelevant crap too though.

If it holds air pressure, then turning the water on is fairly safe; if it doesn't hold air pressure, you listen for the air hissing out and you know where to go looking.And you don't tear open any drywall to do an air pressure test; if your plumber tells you crap like that - then find another plumber!

He is an author and he was able to write a book that got the point across and helped a lot of people, while making him a start and a crap load of money.I have heard mixed thigns about his advanced training.
