I think you did not purchase an investment RE and trying to convert it to one is going to cost you in the short term.Hopefully the STR option is allowed and provides a means to not lose a lot on this purchase.Good luck

Just placed an offer on a SFR that has an attached garage and in order to cashflow It has to be converted into a rental.What steps would you take?

Change out is super quick once converted.  

Instead, I'm guessing my motivation needs to be converted to dedication.
