It is somewhat more complicated (not much though) especially if you are using leverage.I prefer to use my SDIRA for lending or holding notes which are much safer from a liability perspective and do not enjoy the tax benefits that owning real estate does.

My understanding is that it scrapes the data from the MLS Rental Listings as well as Apartment Sites and Craigslist (and other various sources) to give you an idea what the rental rates are in a particular location for a particular property size and type. 

Partnership taxation can be very simple but can also get very complicated very fast, especially when you get into substantial economic effect issues.

I usually go on various advertising sites, take my time to find the best quote and the best quote gets the job.

Where I live in Ohio it is listed on the county auditor site.

They have a meet up set up so you may want to check that site.
