Rental License Question in St. Paul, MN
I have an owner occupied Duplex in St. Paul, MN. Do I need a rental License and if so what is the cost?

@James Cannon you do not need a license. This is a quote for the cities website. "the Fire Certificate of Occupancy program requires all one and two-unit non-owner occupied residences to register with the City."
That being said the city provides a great free class for landlords you should take and you will need to take it if you move out. You can register for it here https://www.stpaul.gov/departments/safety-inspections/fire-inspections/landlord-101
