@Tim Milazzo according to city the property is assessed about 20k over purchase price and the NOI is about $1000.

Just purchased a home and found out that it's on demolition list with the city

Right now the city of St Louis is in support of it but in the county the rules vary with each municipality.

The person lives in New York City, but since NYC real estate is so expensive, he's considering moving to a place less expensive such as Austin, Texas.

We'll get building permits this week once our electrician meets with the city inspector.

Any other states/cities you guys recommend me to take a look for multi-family investment?
