I just purchased a property subject to 5 years of back taxes and a $42,000 judgement lien and went through a title company.In your situation, it seems that having the rental company catch up the payments would be in your best interest.

Eventually you should get a response of either you have the wrong number, they are not interested in selling, or you catch them at the right time and can make a deal.Good Luck!
