I just started a direct mail campaign.  

I have also begun driving for dollars, have a list of addresses, and will begin mailing campaigns (driving and listsource) in the next week.

Hi, I am getting ready to send my first direct marketing campaign, focus is to vacant and run down house owners.

This is my first time using Facebook Marketplace to list a rental, but as its mid December,  I thought I'd do an all out marketing campaign to get it leased quickly.  

Now they are trying to drive you onto bigger keywords.You can try to do an adwords campaign to get a feel for the market.

I used a company called 10billionleads.com and they set up a site and started a Google adwords campaign for us.

I would recommend handwriting the addressing on the envelopes, that will help with the opening rate.Also, keep in mind that direct mail tends to work best when you send a campaign of 5-7 different pieces, 3-5 weeks apart from each other.

I will however, fight this all the way, and for those who choose to vote I will work hard to campaign against you on the next election.

Each campaign has a separate number so tracking can be easier. 2 post card campaigns, each has a separate number to check which campaign is more effective. 1 number for ppc campaign to check its effectiveness. 2 lead propeller websites with a separate number for better tracking and one generic website having its own number.

There are tons of other ways to find listings too (mailing campaigns, cold calling, driving for dollars, etc.).
