None of the information presented above is reason to go there, its merely statistics. 

If I may be so bold as to amend your last statement: "The Market value isn't correct the Intrinsic value just because someone pays it."

On a news program he makes the bold prediction that real estate & the stock market are going to crash hard in October because of money velocity and money printing.

At least you'll learn about contracts, have MLS access, be able to schedule showings yourself & have lockbox access, and have access to MLS statistics so you can research markets and activity.
