I don't know your situation, but two over leveraged properties on your balance sheet will most likely be a major road block in your future RE endeavors.You might better serve him by purchasing your own investments that you can use cashflow from to support him while helping him get these investments in line until you can dump them.

While your jobs will have some road blocks, if you look at it creatively they will become an asset.

Ex my restaurant lease, nego and build out was a pain.

I'm trying to figure out how to properly analyze a property but I find my big road block are: knowing the insurance price, all tax information (such as: school, property, borough/county) and mortgage payments (it seems I have to first get approved to know this). 

Nothing they do is illegal but it's just a pain in the dupa.

Can't BP somehow block these low life's from the site?
