While there we check for damages that may have occurred.In my view if the tenant knows we will be scheduling these appointments they may be more likely to care for the property better.

With 4 members in the LLC remember that personal financial statements, credit scores, etc. of each member are needed for most loans. ( Sometimes not for strong properties, low LTVs or hard money. )  The viewed viability of the LLC by the lender is only as strong as the weakest member.

I personally ask them questions like if a stranger viewed their home what condition would they say the exterior and interior are in based off of a scale from 1-10.
