I have not heard of that yet with a traditional residential lender.

I focus on residential for now.

Because you won't have issues with lead paint and asbestos as both of those products weren't really used in residential applications after about 1978.

I've been researching a ton, but there's definitely not as much out there on commercial as there is for residential!

So far the LLC only owns land in Nevada, but we are looking into purchasing a single family residential to rent out in Indiana.

I thought our great governor extended the moratorium in New Jersey till the beginning of January.. at least on the residential side I'm not sure about commercial properties.
