Just looking to network with some other local investors. Feel free to add me. What types of properties are you interested in? What areas of town do you focus on? How long have you been in Real Estate?

I focus on residential for now. And mostly on the north side of town. From 45 to 59 and everywhere inbetween. My real estate venture has just started this past year!

@Brady Wiley - Welcome to BP.  We aren't based in Houston but did do a parking lot deal last year!  Check out the events put on by Quest Trust Company (they used to manage our SDIRA).  We have gone to a few and there were many local, active Houston/Texas investors there!
