I’m pretty sure that there are a number of drivers out there that hate the little silver sedan that abruptly yanks over to the side of the road...Sometimes I forget to signal - if I have scared you, I am sincerely sorry.It’s just that I have moments of brilliance (or so I think)… and I can’t afford to let them slip into the Bermuda Triangle that is the back of my head.

Affordable housing is a huge issue in Orlando, and it seems unlikely that rents will continue to rise at their current rates.

We found couple options that can help us afford our first property.

I was surprised at the price of housing; even units close to the university were affordable.

And I'm living for free so that's an extra 1500/mo in my pocket until I can afford to get my second property.

I am stepping into this field from experience in health field , I hope to learn from you all  .

My 2 biggest concerns are having enough money stashed away to survive while we get a business going, (although I would not have a problem with picking up a cashiers job somewhere so we would have health insurance) and the financing to buy the business.

neither myself or my wife are working because of her health and my circumstances have taken me out of my normal occupation of driving truck, so at this time i only work part time and have a lot of time to learn what i can to start investing....  

I live in SW Florida and, while there are affordable properties just north of where I live, I just don't know if there is a large enough rental population in order to get the "best bang for my buck".

if I do evict them, I can't afford to pay 2 mortgage payments, so I would need to get rid of quickly.
