Today I was standing behind a lady in the store and she was on her phone talking about titles and closings.

I purchased my first house (ugly, beat up foreclosure in New Brighton, Minnesota) fresh out of college and proceeded to renovate the house room by room (entire kitchen, bathroom, knocked out walls to make open concept, tons of tiling/flooring) with my girlfriend.

It never hurts to ask.Do you ever drive past those local discount stores?

A lady in town just had her boy friend pass and she is considering a fresh start and getting rid of the house as it is too much for her alone now.
