When it's not, and instead, it's something that a one-course wonder whipped up with his new wizbang top secret real estate investin' software he paid some guru thousands for, we'll probably advise against it.Maybe some Realtors and agents (there's a different ya know) don't understand lease options, but apparently many do, because there's a whole bunch of lease options listed in my local MLS.

Of course there will be many things that need to be adjusted or added as I go along, but I figure I can get the bulk of the system in place and ready for actual field testing/tweaking in 1-3 weeks.Since I have no money I'm using LibreOffice Base as my database software.

The small team I worked with had a very tech minded member who went in and did a lot of customization of the software for the business and in speaking with him it seemed there were a lot of tools built in to customize it to your needs.

I agree with @Jeff Gates - I wouldn't pay for this type of service - at least not until I needed some sort of accounting software or something.
