Yes, some Angelinos are moving to markets like Phoenix and Vegas, but filling in their 'shoes' are people moving to LA from markets like San Francisco and New York.

I am fairly confident based on my research of the property that it should not have any major issues as most of the businesses in the condo have been storage or office type use.

You'll be surprised how many appliances 2 to 3 years old are for sale I get my best deals in New York City when people leave their high-end apartments they tend to leave air conditioners in the windows the Super's get them and they have storage rooms filled with appliances that's where I get my best deals.

If they have confirmed in writing they moved out, I would have there stuff moved out to a self storage place ASAP and get the unit up for rent.
