I know that there are Hard Money lenders who will lend up to $5M based upon Property profile and having a buyer lined up. 

Ideally this person would recommend me a strategy that fits my current profile instead of upselling me on the most expensive products.I've searched and asked around my personal network, but haven't been successful so far.

If you are talking smaller than $1mm, the lender will likely be balancing your personal risk profile (i.e. income, credit score, etc) with the property specifics as well.  

Credit rating 815+, with no debt.After the application denial, I've emailed requesting them to remove all the data I've uploaded, and delete my profile, and opt out of further communication. 

Fill out your profile with your city and some info about yourself maybe someone local can help you out.

@Joshua EsplugasHi Joshua, can you be a little bit more specific about your situation.Your post and profile mention that you have a partnership where you own 3 properties.Is this partnership formed in an entity that is not an LLC?
