im a little confused on how people get different titles but ill just look into that.Very informative

I have 10/12 DFW contacts shoot me a pm and ill pass along their emails. 

Mold will never have an impact on some individuals, and will make others very ill.

Another (a commercial property) we checked & subsequently learned that the owner had been very ill & the business was failing so it may be a good buy.I take a pic of each page I am interested in with my phone.

I have made a decision to stop investing in my local market. it does not offer what I require at this time.The consensus of the local investors I have met is that I am ill advised to invest out of state.

This gives me an opportunity to learn as much as I can through this site and anywhere else I can find useful info.My biggest problem, i think, is that i have no knowledge of real estate outside of the house i bought when i was 21(and ooh boy did i make mistakes there), so im finding it difficult to find an actual begining(if that makes sence).Sorry, didnt intend to write a book there, so ill just say this for now: Im actually a bit excited to finally signup here.
