I have been in school the last 5 years working low-paying jobs while attending school (sometimes full-time, sometimes part-time).  

As a full-time public school teacher, I only had about 11 weeks during the Summer I could really dedicate to building a real estate business.  

My guess is that you'll find properties in RI a bit more affordable than Mass but schools won't be as good and rents will be lower too.

Only one kid right now, but my wife and I plan to live here until we have two kids and at least one of them is school-aged.

These are long term homes up here, the work base is very stable, great schools, and nice communities.

- More development in the making I.e: transit systems, jobs, schools, major retailers(walmart, Home Depot, Starbucks)- Consistent occupancy- Higher cash flow (appreciating as well)- Low average property value- USDA eligible- Safer - Recreational activities (city like) Thanks in advance for replyLooking for Property, want to make sure I pick the best area.

Things like, neighborhood, quality of the schools, etcCurious, because I hear about some people do a lot in very run down neighborhoods.

This is almost a 60% increase in a township that already has overinflated taxes relative to the quality of school districts.I work with several investors in this pocket and it seems as though this is an unnecessary money grab by the township.

Girlfriend will not move from the area because her son has gone to school here for years and her mother helps with him.
