Can anyone help me understand what licensing is required if I invest (flipping/seller finance) in mobile homes?

I'm a buy and hold SF investor with mobile homes also.

Anybody have any experience in wholesaling mobile homes?

Hi There, This week, I will be purchasing my first Mobile Home Park in Florida.

Were looking to refi for funds to move closer to elderly parents and rent both houses and don't wanna do upgrades if wont matter since we live in a 1997 double wide mobile home with 1/2 acre and another 1974 mobile in rough shape but habitable (grandkids live in) and its the only mobiles on the street and in the area.

He was selling the mobile home for $55,000, the prices for that kind of mobile home with land in that area is around that price:Option 1 All cash:Cash $23,457 buyer pay the closing and run all due diligent.Option 2:Total $35,000Down payment $3500Seller pay closing costs and due diligentFinancing $31500 6% for 8 years $413.96 a monthOption 3Total $40,000Down payment $1000 Financing $39,000 15 years $346.26 month 6%Option 2 and 3 can be repay in full any time of the loan period.Please give me your feedback.

I'm thinking about buying a mobile home park in Georgia.

I'm just unsure how "portable" CPAs are after visiting the "CPA Mobility" site.For what it's worth, I do see quite a few requests for CPA recommendations on this forum, but my searching didn't come across any specifically requesting one with syndication expertise.
