It is no different than a loan company requiring insurance on your house or car.As @Dawn Brenengen said, require that they put you down as additional insured.

I apologize, life happens and I’ve been away from BP for while and honestly don’t have a real big excuse for it besides a lot of life changes and starting a construction company.

If you’re going to try to keep repairing units instead of replacing them maybe switch to an appliance repair company that comes out with the parts? 

Based on CT rules, the companies can charge for Uninsured subcontractors.

First, find a title agent/company willing to wrap an FHA loan - it's possible but difficult. 

Hey @John Ba, Best way to handle this going forward is hold the property in an American LLC with its own bank account, so you can clearly delineate the expenses and income as well as get some asset protection.

I recommended  at least talking to an experienced property management company, which is what I did, and maybe a real estate attorney. 

@Marcello OliveriPM companies in KC are tough.

I'm having trouble finding any company that will offer insurance.
