The idea of selling and taking the value I've gained to a multiple-family purchase sounds appealing too.

We have run the numbers and they seem to be showing some room for success but obviously, it is an area of the city which is home to gangs/guns/drugs, so doesn't exactly appeal to all renters.

Because I do in fact have 6 years of credit history, they requested I submit an appeal containing:- a letter explaining the situation and my intentions with buying a property.
