I would venture to guess you're looking at approximately 8-10K. 

I had been using cards to float inventory and expenses for a business venture, and things got ugly really fast.

I wanted to see if any other folks out there have ventured into the diamond production .

That  - high level of debt - could be viewed as a security risk by the government, I would venture. 

I do not expect I will spend this much in paint, but it's better for me to overestimate rehab costs than to underestimate at such an early stage in this venture. 

I feel very confident venturing into my real estate career.A little about me- I was a Project Manager at a construction company for more than 3 years, so I am quite comfortable dealing with contractors, renovations, budgets and schedules.

With that in mind, do try and venture out yourself.
