Hi all, just wondering what everyone’s thoughts are on SFH investing in buckeye vs San tan valley, both cities are pretty booming right now, just wondering if one thinks more over the other over the next 5-10 years?

I’ve had clients consistently investing pre-pandemic, during the pandemic, and post-pandemic.

I had a home built by a local builder a few years ago and have been interested in getting into being an investor for a home builder.While I believe a typical arrangement is a profit sharing type of arrangement, I had a few questions:1.

I see it as an $8k investment that the government made in me and they have done really well with it because I have paid that $8k back many times over in taxes that I've paid since then. 

Future tenants would likely appreciate the extra storage, and it could make your duplex more attractive in the long run without the hefty upfront investment that a full conversion would require.Another idea is to repurpose the shed into a functional office space or a private workout area.

I am trying to decide between MN Property Nerds and Twin Cities Leasing for managing my long term rental in St Paul Minnesota.This is an out of state investment for me, and I also need help with tenant placement.
