I have been thinking about UCONN quite a bit, especially since I don't mind the rent-by-room aspect of it. 

Over time, you will become more well rounded in different aspects and gravitate towards being more of a “Jack of all trades, master of none”, and be able to know what a fully complete and proper result looks like (if you delegate you can have a fully hands on high standard) and the more you learn, the more you can cut expenses if you have the time :).Cons:1.

I eventually figured out that no one knows every aspect of real-estate investing. 

I wa wondering if anyone used any platforms like LendingClub or any other programs that yield a good return and don't involve too much of the legal aspect that you have with traditional niches. 

Dealing with the phone calls has been one of the most trying aspects of real estate especially as an introvert.

Not the cosmetic aspects of style, but rather ranch vs. ranch w/basement vs. two story vs. trilevel etc.  

Does anyone have any aspect of their morning routine that they've found to be invaluable/irreplaceable?

It is a good community to network and learn about all aspects of real-estate investing.

My first thoughts are to get a second degree in accounting in order to better understand that aspect.

(but you can be quite strategic with those...)
